whippersnapper
A diminutive, insignificant, or presumptuous person. A term generally used by old persons, to insult the younger generation.
“You sound like an old man.” Rachel giggled.
“Maybe I am.” I assumed a wobbly, ancient voice. “Eyy, you little whippersnapper!” I hobbled toward her, pointing a wavering finger and squinting. “Get off my bed! Ya hear? Get off!”
