Másik könyve, a Tudatos figyelem (Indistractable) egy kicsit jobban tetszett, azt valahogy nagyközönséghez szólónak éreztem, míg ezt extrém szakmai néha.
(Azért persze mindig érdemes belsős infókat olvasni appokról, közösségi alkalmazásokról, viselkedéstudományról.)
