Az eredeti regényben több szál is elvarratlan, az egyik Georgiana sorsa, amit ez a könyv is megragad. Mivel a lányzó nemigen beszél az alapműben, így az írónő szabadjára engedhette a fantáziáját. Nagyon jól állt neki a naplóregény stílusa, amely élményben hasonlított az Elinor és Marianne-hez, csak sokkal jobban tetszett. Igazi guilty pleasure (bűnös élvezet) volt a számomra, amely lehetséges, hogy az eredeti nyelven való olvasásnak is volt köszönhető. Értékeltem a humorát és a behozott új szereplőket is.
