Rimmel Hudson személy
“How do you do it?” (…)
“Do what?” he asked. (…)
“How do you look at me like… like I’m everything?”
(…) “Because you are.”
“Romeo.” I sighed.
“Rimmel,” he replied. “Don’t forget.”
“Don’t forget this moment. Don’t forget the absolute truth in the way you feel right now. I love you and I’m not going to stop.”
“You’re pretty good at this,” I observed. “Does this mean we can have sleepovers and paint each other’s nails?”
“What do you think I am? A drag queen?” He gasped as he continued brushing.
I laughed. “Is that a no to the nail polish and face masks?”
Braeden sighed and looped his arm across my shoulders again and steered me toward a stack of books. “So innocent,” he mused. “Tutor girl, as your man’s best friend and your self-appointed big brother, I feel like it’s time I teach you about the real world.”
“You’re my self-appointed big brother?” I asked, looking up at him.
He nodded like it was obvious. “You and Rome… you’re an exception to the rule. You two are the real deal, but most guys, guys like me, aren’t looking to settle down. They like—”
“To have fun?” I finished for him, slightly amused.
“But what about the girls?” I asked.
He gave me a clueless look. I sighed. “Maybe it’s me who needs to teach you, brother.”
“Listen to me. My reacting to someone putting their hands on you is not me being dramatic; it’s me loving you.”
“Oh, Romeo,” she sighed my name and my cock hardened.
I pulled her into my chest and wrapped my arms around her. “Being an asshole is just part of my charm, baby,” I said matter-of-fact, unable to keep the smile out of my voice.
“This is just me loving you.”
“I signed with the NFL last week. There are offers on the table from two pro teams.”
She gasped and excitement filled her eyes. I loved that look. It was so much better than the morose glances I’d been getting since I got here. “Romeo! That’s amazing! Why didn’t you tell me?”
“Because what’s going on with you is more important.”
She took my face and forced my head down so she could look into my eyes. “I am never more important than you are. You’re everything.”
