Mar olvastam. Ezzel a konyvvel kezdtem ujra Pratchett-et olvasni. Gondoltam ha mar 2012 es vilagvege miert ne kezdjuk stilusos olvasmannyal. Ez a konyv meg mindig zsenialis. Az arcba maszo fricskatol a lehellet finom utalasokon at minden megvan benne. Ez is egy olyan Pratchett amibol egyszeruen nem lehet idezni. Ahoz hogy megertsd milyen zsenilais egy bekezdes ahoz az egesz konyvet el kell olvasni es aztan talan idezetkent beirni ide :)

Soha nem hittem volna, hogy bármi, ami ennyire bevonja a keresztény „mondavilágot” és mitológiát, tetszhet. Pedig de, ó, de mennyire, hogy de! Szívem szottya ez a könyv, minden karakterével és történetszálával együtt. Legjobban szerintem Crowley és Aziraphale lett eltalálva, na meg a köztük levő kapcsolat. Nem túl harcias, nem túl utálkozó, és annak ellenére, hogy két ellenséges oldalon vannak, mégis annyira egyformák, de máshonnan meg annyira különböznek, és… jajj. Imádom őket. :D
(Angolban talán még jobb is.)

Az én kiadásom végén egy interjúban leírták, hogy a szerzők telefonon kiabálva egyeztették a szöveget minden nap. El tudom képzelni, hogy milyen szép kis menet lehetett – rengeteget nevethettek menet közben. A könyv egy élmény – ahogy a szerzőpárostól ez el is várható.

Nekem ez annyira nem jött be, külön-külön nagyon szeretem őket, Pratchett-et a humoráért, Gaimant a hangulatért, de így együtt túl kusza volt számomra.
